​1. Eligibility:

The referral program is open to all existing Auto Possible clients and members of the public who refer new clients to Auto Possible.

2. Referral Definition:

​

A referral occurs when a new client (“Referred Client”) submits an application to Auto Possible and is introduced by an existing client or referrer (“Referrer”).

 

3. Reward Qualification:

The Referrer becomes eligible for a referral reward only when the Referred Client’s application is successfully approved and results in a signed rental agreement.

 

4. Reward Amount and Type:

Referral rewards will be communicated to Referrers and may vary from time to time. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Referral Submission:

All referrals must be submitted through the official Auto Possible referral form. Verbal or informal referrals will not be accepted for reward purposes.

 

6. Multiple Referrals:

 

Only one referral reward will be granted per Referred Client. If multiple Referrers claim the same Referred Client, the earliest valid referral submission will be honored.

 

7. Fraud and Misuse:

Auto Possible reserves the right to withhold referral rewards if there is any suspicion of fraudulent, unethical, or abusive behavior in connection with the referral program.

 

8. Changes and Termination:

 

Auto Possible may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

9. Privacy:

All personal information collected in the referral process will be handled in accordance with Auto Possible’s privacy policy.

 

10. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
